Vehicle Drop-off Protocol

For dent removal, hail damage repair, and all other services at Harvestowne Auto Body, you can drop off your vehicle on the morning of the scheduled repair within our hours of operation: 8:00 am – 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday.

If you would like to drop your car off the Sunday before your scheduled repair, we have a key drop-off box and envelopes on the door closest to the road on the north side of the building. Every Sunday afternoon, a mechanic stops by at around 5:00 pm to move cars inside so that they will not sit out overnight. Please do your best to get your car here by this 5:00 pm cutoff. Thank you!
