I took my van in for repairs and Rob led me through the entire insurance process, gave me multiple options, installed a new tail light for free, and provided the best customer service I have had in a LONG time! I had a car load of kids with me when I dropped my van off, so he told me just to drive over to the rental car company and he would go pick up my van there. He didn't want me to have to wait with 5 kids for the rental company to come pick us up....wow! When we picked up our van, we could not make it until a little after the rental company closed, so Rob told us just to leave it with him and he would take it back for us in the morning. Seriously, you just don't see this type of service anymore. The whole experience was great! I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of body work!”

“I should start with saying that I'm extremely picky with my vehicles. Minor flaws drive me nuts, and I've never really been fully satisfied with any body shop in the past.
That said, I recently took my Lexus to Harvestowne to have the front bumper repaired prior to my lease turn-in date. They were extremely friendly, professional and honest. The repair cost was several hundred dollars lower than what Lexus quoted me, and I would wager they did just as good (or better) of a job than anyone else in town could have.
